How much does shipping cost?
Shipping of an OLEYVO bike is free within Switzerland! Standard shipping costs will be charged for individual accessory orders.
How long does delivery take?
You should expect a delivery time of 3-4 working days.
On days with extremely high order volumes or holidays, there may be minor delays.
Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?
Our shipments are dispatched and delivered by Swiss Post AG or DHL.
Where can I track the status of my delivery?
Shipping is handled by Swiss Post AG. We therefore recommend that you log in to Swiss Post using the following link: https://service.post.ch/ekp-web/ui/list . You will then be constantly informed about the current status of your delivery and will receive further options, such as alternative delivery options.
My order hasn't arrived. What can I do?
If you have a Swiss Post login ( https://service.post.ch/ekp-web/ui/list ), the status and location of your delivery will be sent to your email address. If your delivery is still missing, please feel free to contact us.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Unfortunately, due to customs regulations, it is not possible to ship products from our Swiss webshop to Europe. We are working on it and hope to be able to ship to Europe soon.
An item arrived incorrectly or damaged. What can I do?
In this case, please contact our customer service immediately so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Ideally, please include a photo of the damaged item in your email.
Can I return goods?
If you change your mind, you can return your unused OLEYVO e-bike within 7 days upon presentation of your receipt. You can return it to us by mail at your own expense. You will receive a full refund if the bike is in perfect condition. If the box is opened and the OLEYVO is unpacked, and signs of wear and damage are visible, we reserve the right to refund an appropriately reduced amount.
The cancellation period is 7 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes possession of the last item. You will be charged a return fee of CHF 40.00. In exceptional cases, we can accept returns of used products; this must be discussed with our customer service. In this case, and depending on the condition, restocking fees of up to CHF 1650.00 may apply. You can then drop off your package at any post office for return shipping; you will bear the costs yourself. Please leave the returned item in its original packaging and package it carefully for transport. Generally, the right of return expires for used, opened, or unsealed items. If OLEYVO's inspection reveals that the goods do not have any detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, OLEYVO may charge the customer for the costs of returning the goods or any disposal.
