Questions about OLEYVO's structure

How difficult is the assembly?

The setup is designed to be simple and can be done easily with our manual. We are also happy to support you via WhatsApp.

How long does the assembly take approximately?

For an inexperienced user, 30 minutes is realistic. With some practice, it will be faster.

Can I assemble the e-bike myself?

Yes, this is possible without any problems. However, we recommend having someone to help, especially with lifting and aligning.

What do I do if the handlebars don't turn easily?

Sometimes it takes some force, especially when turning the steering device for the first time. Make sure to loosen the screws correctly and tighten them evenly

How do I know if the brakes are adjusted correctly?

The brakes should pull smoothly and evenly and must not rub. After the first 50 km, the brake pads will be bedded in and will then function optimally.

What do I do if I find a defect or a missing part?
