Delivery

The customer's delivery address must be easily accessible by truck. If this is not the case, the customer will bear any additional costs that may arise. OLEYVO places great importance on providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding availability and delivery times in the online shop. However, due to production or delivery bottlenecks, delivery delays may occur. All information regarding availability and delivery time is therefore without guarantee and may change at any time. The delivery dates published in the online shop are based on the current information available to OLEYVO. In no case will delivery delays give rise to claims for compensation or the right to withdraw from the contract.

If the customer does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or indicated delivery date, OLEYVO may terminate the contract and charge the customer for the incurred delivery costs and any potential depreciation in value.
