Who or what is Powerpay or MF Group?

Powerpay is a Swiss payment provider of MF Group AG, specializing in purchase on account and installment payments, and collaborates with numerous well-known online shops in Switzerland.

Is the installment payment really interest-free?

Yes, at OLEYVO we offer 0% financing through Powerpay. This means: no interest, no hidden fees - as long as you pay the minimum monthly installments on time.

How does installment purchase work during the ordering process?

Simply select "0% Installment Payment" at checkout. After a successful credit check, you can choose your option, and your order will be placed immediately. You will receive the invoice directly from Powerpay, and you can then decide whether to pay the total amount or monthly installments. The installment payment guide above also shows you the process visually.

Why couldn't I order with 0% financing?

If you selected 0% installment payment at checkout but the order could not be completed, this is because the credit check by Powerpay was not successful. As merchants, we have no influence on this and do not receive any explanation. Possible reasons for rejection could be:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information (e.g., address, date of birth)

  • Negative payment history or ongoing collection proceedings

  • Recent change of residence or frequent address changes

  • Internal Powerpay audit criteria that are not publicly available

This does not necessarily mean that you are not creditworthy – Powerpay uses its own auditing algorithms. You can complete your order at any time with a different payment method.

Will my creditworthiness be checked?

Yes. Powerpay performs a real-time credit check as soon as you select installment payment. This check determines whether the payment option is released for you. The check is carried out using your name, address, age & gender.

What personal data is required for the credit check?

For verification, Powerpay usually requests your full name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number. This data is used exclusively for payment approval and is processed securely in accordance with DSG/GDPR.

Is my purchase protected by Powerpay?

Yes. Powerpay handles all invoicing and payment processing. Your order is therefore secure, and your payment is made directly to Powerpay – not to OLEYVO. This way, both sides benefit from clarity and security.

How do I receive my invoice and payment information?

You will receive the monthly invoice directly from Powerpay via email or, if requested, by post. It contains all information regarding payment, the outstanding amount, and your options for installment payments.

Can I repay the full amount earlier?

Yes, you can pay off the outstanding balance in full at any time, even if you initially opted for installment payments. There are no additional costs.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Powerpay will automatically remind you of outstanding amounts by email or post. If payment is not made, reminder fees may apply. We therefore recommend always paying on time.

Can I use the installment payment option even if I live abroad?

No. Installment payments via Powerpay are only available to customers residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Orders from abroad must be completed using other payment methods.

What should I do if I have questions about my invoice or payment?
