Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your unused OLEYVO e-bike within 7 days, provided you present the proof of purchase. You can return it by mail at your own expense. If the product is in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

If the box has been opened and the OLEYVO has been unpacked, and signs of use or damage are visible, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund reflecting the reduced value.

The withdrawal period is 7 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the final item. A return handling fee of 40.00 CHF will be charged.

In exceptional cases, we may accept used products, but this must be discussed with our customer service team. Depending on the condition of the item, restocking fees of up to 1,790.00 CHF may apply.

You can drop off your return at any post office. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please keep the item in its original packaging and pack it carefully for safe transport.

As a general rule, used, opened, or unsealed items are not eligible for return. If, upon inspection by OLEYVO, the goods are found to be free of defects or the issue is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, OLEYVO reserves the right to charge the customer for handling, return shipping, or potential disposal costs.
